When will you ship my order?
Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase.
My package is missing. What should I do?
If you suspect your package has gone astray, get in touch within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. I’ll track it down and give you an update. If the tracker says it’s been delivered but it’s not with you, your next step is to contact the shipping service. Sadly, I can’t make claims for “delivered” packages. And just a heads-up, I can’t control postal delays, so delivery dates aren’t set in stone. Also, due to products being crafted in different locations, items may arrive separately.
I goofed up my address! What now?
Mistakes happen! If you realize you’ve given the wrong address, notify me at once. I’ll try to update it before shipping. Please remember, any returns due to unclaimed packages will mean the item gets disposed of safely as it was custom-made just for you. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
